It can be a standardised package (FEFCO) or an individually designed package that meets exactly the customers' requirements. Especially in developing custom packages our company achieves extraordinary success, e.g. the Screw-Fix technology or the Europe wide patented Quick-Bin octatainer. TRICOR invented especially for the automotive industry packaging solutions made of corrugated cardboard that meet the needs of the CKD business. As a result of forty years of experience in development and production of corrugated cardboard packages, TRICOR is the perfect partner for packaging solutions.

Quick-Bin

The Quick-Bin is a large volume octatainer package with automated bottom construction and integrated inliner.
The Quick-Bin was developed in cooperation with a major customer from the chemical industry and has since then successfully been used for the filling of bulk material.

Quick-Box

The Quick-Box is a cardboard box with automated bottom construction. It is easy and fast to set up and reduces the demand of warehouse capacity as its bottom construction is folded to the inside. The box size can be adapted to individual demands.

Screw-Fix

Screw-Fix is a patented system to combine corrugated cardboard and wooden components. The combination of wood and corrugated cardboard gives the package more stability, at the same time the cost benefits of a cardboard package remain unchanged. Many of our customers particularly from the CKD business successfully use the Screw-Fix technology.

Pallet Box

The Pallet Box is a standard folding box with integrated cardboard skids. After setting up the box, the included cardboard blocks are inserted into the intended pockets.
The advantage of the Pallet Box is the possibility to directly remove the box with a fork lift after loading, without any further need of additional wooden pallets.
