Industrial clerks control the company’s operational processes and are therefore involved in many areas of the company.

You compare offers, negotiate with suppliers and plan the delivery and storage of goods. In the sales department, you will process customer orders and prepare customer-specific quotations. You will also learn how to handle accounting, monitor payment transactions and use cost planning and control tools. In the HR department, you will gain an insight into recruitment and its administration.

Duration: 3 years (can be shortened to 2.5 years)

  • Good intermediate secondary school leaving certificate or higher
