PACKAGING PADDING MADE OF PE FOAM

At TRICOR, we process a wide range of foams that have been specially developed to meet the demanding requirements of the industry. Packaging in combination with foam inlays and padding ensures the protection of sensitive products, such as those from the electronics, precision optics and medical technology sectors.

Thanks to in-house EPP development and production, TRICOR manufactures both contour-accurate interiors and grid holders for shipping surface-sensitive components as disposable variants in light EPP as well as reusable stand-alone container solutions.

PACKAGING PADDING MADE OF HONEYCOMB PANELS

The honeycomb panel is further processed at TRICOR and can therefore be used as an inner cushion for flat, embossed and contour-accurate absorption. In sustainable applications, it can also be used as a replacement for EPS, as the honeycomb panel can withstand a high compressive load and contours can be reproduced due to its different heights and honeycomb shape.

As a leading manufacturer of heavy-duty corrugated cardboard products, the design and production of corrugated cardboard interiors for corrugated cardboard outer packaging is one of our core competencies. The single-material solution can be used specifically for a wide range of products as a single insert or compartments.
