Great, successfully completed!

Jonas Wiblishauser, plant mechanic at TRICOR

‘I have just successfully completed my training as a plant mechanic after 3.5 years of training. I’m glad that I decided in favour of this apprenticeship.

The apprenticeship is very varied and exciting – the years went by really quickly. I learnt a lot, such as welding, soldering and sheet metal working. I was allowed to be involved in repairs on the large production machines right from the start. I also thought it was great that I was able to help set up new robot systems. We practised a lot for my final thesis in the modern training workshop.’

This is where I have the opportunity to develop my skills.

Josephine Richter, 2nd year industrial clerk trainee

‘What I particularly like about training as an industrial clerk is the variety of departments that I work in during my entire training period. As every assignment is different, I’m always gaining new knowledge and skills that I can then apply in the other departments.

I also really like the fact that I am fully involved in every department and am therefore given the opportunity to develop my skills to the full and take on responsibility. I also receive support in every situation, be it with school matters or in the form of preparation courses. At TRICOR, there is a great working atmosphere in every department thanks to the family atmosphere, so I always feel comfortable.’
