The case combines a precisely fitting foam insert made of Plastazote with a robust flight case to ensure maximum shock resistance and stability. It also meets increased requirements for use in clean room environments.

EPP moulded parts set
For optical components
The three-piece EPP moulded part set was specially developed for the safe transport of optical components. It consists of a base, a ring and a dome that can be fitted together precisely. The expanded polypropylene (EPP) used combines optimum damping properties with high dimensional stability and, at the same time, offers a visually appealing, matt surface thanks to laser-cut structures.

ESD-TRAY
For sensitive sensors
The ESD tray from TRICOR was developed for the safe internal and external transport of sensitive sensors. The insert made of permanently conductive material provides reliable protection against electrostatic discharge and is ideal for use as returnable packaging. A welded structure prevents contamination and ensures long-lasting stability.

Cleanroom packaging

The cleanroom packaging was specially developed for sensitive components in the semiconductor industry and meets the most stringent requirements for cleanliness and product protection. The solution consists of a plastic container with precisely fitted PE foam inserts. The necessary components are cleaned in accordance with cleanroom class 6 as per DIN ISO 14644-1 and double-sealed in antistatic Dry Shield bags.
