The custom-made packaging was specifically designed for the safe transport of sensitive head-up displays. The component is held in place by clamping between the holder and the down-holder and is additionally secured at both ends by two corrugated cardboard wraps. An antistatic PE box cover protects the entire assembly, which is shipped in a sturdy corrugated cardboard box (FEFCO 0201).

The component is held in place by clamping it between a precisely shaped bottom and top insert made of antistatic PE foam (Stratocell S). An antistatic PE box cover encloses the entire PE foam block, which is shipped in a sturdy corrugated cardboard box (FEFCO 0201).

The cleanroom packaging was specially developed for sensitive components in the semiconductor industry and meets the most stringent requirements for cleanliness and product protection. The solution consists of a plastic container with precisely fitted PE foam inserts. The necessary components are cleaned in accordance with cleanroom class 6 as per DIN ISO 14644-1 and double-sealed in antistatic Dry Shield bags.
